CAMESCO FABRICATIONS — SHIPPING POLICY

Camesco Fabrications ships Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle. We aim to make the process as quick and straightforward as possible so you can get your gear on your rig fast.

Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, custom builds, or pre-sale releases, please allow a few extra days for production and packing.
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–8 business days depending on location.
Remote or regional areas may take a little longer. Express shipping options are available at checkout where supported by the carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Occasionally, flat-rate or free-shipping promotions may apply — these will be clearly noted on product or checkout pages.

Local Pickup
Pickup is available from our workshop in Coffs Harbour, NSW by appointment.
Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready to collect.

Tracking & Delivery
All orders include tracking. Once a parcel has left our workshop, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Camesco Fabrications is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery errors, or lost parcels once the item has been scanned as dispatched.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assess and assist with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Re-delivery costs may apply if a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information.

International Shipping
At this stage, Camesco Fabrications ships within Australia only.
