Refund policy

We want you to love your Camesco gear as much as we do! Each product is built with care and checked before it leaves the workshop.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following return terms:

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted on items that have been fitted, installed, or unpackaged.

• Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and hardware included.

• The customer is responsible for return postage and any associated costs.

• Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order.

• We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process an exchange or refund (excluding original shipping costs) if eligible.
